What does the brand's logo represent ?

The Ultramarine logo takes on the silhouette of the Great Albatross, whose wingspan can reach 3.50 meters (11.5 feet) : a fantastic explorer who can travel up to 800 kilometers per day (500 miles).

What does the acronym "I.O.E.S." mean ?"

"I.O.E.S." means "Intégralement ouvré en Suisse", “Fully manufactured in Switzerland”.
 
We chose not to use the well-known "Swiss Made" label : a watch is considered Swiss Made if it is composed of 60% of Swiss value : an easy yet misleading criteria to meet, when the cost of labor in Switzerland is 20 times higher than in China.

Therefore, Ultramarine watches are really 100% manufactured in Switzerland, unlike the vast majority of our competitors.

A retail or third-party distribution would double the price of your watch.

How long is the warranty ?

Ultramarine watches are guaranteed for 3 years, parts and labor.
 
The warranty does not cover the loss of function caused by accident, misuse, mistreatment, neglect, and any service made by an unauthorized repair store or facility. The warranty does not cover straps.
Ultramarine is not responsible for wear and tears or incidental damages of any kind.
It is recommended to not wear your watch while practicing activities involving strong impacts, such as tennis, golf or baseball.

How soon will I receive my order ?

It all depends on whether the watch is in stock, backordered, or being manufactured. This can range from few weeks up to three months.
 
You will be informed of the progress of your order, and can also ask us about the stock availability or the expected delivery time before placing an order.

What is the return policy on Ultramarine watches ?

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee for any watch purchased on this site.
 
The  watch must be returned with a tracking number in its original condition and packaging, free from any signs of wear, scratches and damage, including the strap or bracelet, otherwise the return will be refused.

In case of return, the full amount of purchase will be refunded immediately after receipt of the watch, excluding postage costs.
